  • Report to the Kasol campsite by the riverside.
  • Enjoy leisure time with singing, dancing around the bonfire, and dinner.
    • Discover the charming village with Israeli cafes and scenic landscapes.
    • Indulge in the serene ambiance of Kasol in the Parvati Valley.
  • Trek to Kheerganga Summit from Barshaini:
    • After breakfast, check out from the Kasol campsite.
    • Take local transport to Barshaini (at your own expense).
    • Begin the guided Kheerganga trek.
    • Trek for about 5 to 6 hours passing lush green landscapes and the Parvati river.
    • Pass by Rudra Nag Waterfalls.
    • Reach the top of Kheerganga and check into allotted camps.
    • Enjoy a dip in Parvati Kund’s hot springs.
    • Dinner around the bonfire and overnight stay.
  • Downhill Trek from Kheerganga to Barshaini:
    • Wake up to a mesmerizing sunrise.
    • Enjoy breakfast with fellow travelers.
    • Begin the trek back to Barshaini.
    • Traverse through enchanting forests and dense foliage.
  • Conclusion:
    • Bid farewell to the majestic mountains and meadows.

Preparation Guide

  • Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol and smoking to minimize the risk of altitude sickness.
  • Ascend gradually and listen to your body’s signals to recognize symptoms of altitude sickness.
  • Clothing: Pack lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing suitable for layering, including thermal innerwear, fleece jackets, waterproof and windproof outer layers, trekking pants, and woolen socks.
