Itinerary
Here’s a detailed itinerary for the Pangarchulla trek starting from Joshimath:
- Drive: 196 km, 8-9 hours
- Elevation: Sankri – Approximately 6,600 feet
- Meet at Dehradun Railway Station for pickup.
- Scenic drive via Mussorie, Kempty Falls, Netwar & Purola.
- Arrival at Sankri village, check-in, dinner, and relaxation at the accommodation.
- Trek: 4 km, 5-6 hours
- Elevation Gain: 6,600 feet to 9,186 feet
- Easy to moderate ascent through Oak & Rhododendron forests.
- Arrival at Juda Ka Talab campsite, lunch, and relaxation.
- Frozen lake view, evening refreshments, and dinner at the campsite.
- Trek: 3 km, 4-5 hours
- Elevation Gain: 9,186 feet to 10,334 feet
- Trek to Kedarkantha Base Camp, lunch, and relaxation.
- Acclimatization walk, evening refreshments, and early dinner at the campsite.
- Trek: 7 km, 9-10 hours
- Elevation Gain: 10,334 feet to 12,500 feet
- Early morning ascent to Kedarkantha Peak.
- Summit experience, packed lunch at the peak, descent to Juda Ka Talab.

Preparation Guide
